30MG does not ask for or store your secret ballot choice, religion, ethnicity, psychological profile, persuasion score or a claim that you are a guaranteed vote.
To connect members to the correct polling-unit structure, administer lawful activities, measure verified organisational capacity, deliver training, govern role access and produce aggregated operational reports.
Coordinators see only records within the organisational unit assigned to them and its authorised descendants. National access is restricted to approved national roles.
An approved mobiliser, coordinator or administrator may help an adult register only after the person gives consent. The registration is credited to the signed-in registrar, but the registrar does not own or control the member's account. The account remains unclaimed until the member completes an approved identity-verification process.
30MG and VoteWatch are separate systems. No VoteWatch handoff occurs without an explicit consent and safety record. Only the minimum information required for volunteer onboarding may be shared, and consent can be withdrawn.
In-app messages are delivered inside the member account. Email and SMS use your saved channel preferences and remain queued until an approved provider is configured. Activity evidence is access-controlled, limited by file type and size, and linked only to authorised reports.
30MG records rate-limit events, account exports, administrative decisions and coordinator actions to prevent abuse and support accountability. Security records contain a protected actor key, route, risk level and timestamp rather than a public member profile.
Members can update profile information and communication preferences, download a copy of their account data, review consent history and request account deactivation from the member dashboard.
Records are retained only while needed for movement operations, accountability, dispute handling and legal compliance. A deactivation request removes live access after protected review; necessary audit and aggregate records may be retained with access restricted. Members may request a portable export before deactivation.
